The posting

Voor een dynamisch automotivebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Toekomstig Filiaalverantwoordelijke met een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en natuurlijk leiderschap.

Je start in een operationeel verantwoordelijke rol en krijgt de kans om op termijn door te groeien naar een functie met volledige verantwoordelijkheid over het filiaal.

Jouw functie

Je neemt een belangrijke rol op binnen de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal en zorgt ervoor dat het team, de commerciële activiteiten en de operationele werking goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Een team aansturen, begeleiden, motiveren en bijsturen
  • De dagelijkse werking van het filiaal mee organiseren en opvolgen
  • Overzicht bewaren tijdens drukke en soms chaotische momenten
  • Medewerkers coachen en zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen en benutten
  • Verkoopresultaten en commerciële prestaties opvolgen
  • Inzicht hebben in omzet, kosten, marges en rendabiliteit
  • KPI's en resultaten opvolgen en waar nodig actie ondernemen
  • Meedenken over manieren om de commerciële en operationele resultaten te verbeteren
  • Klanten professioneel begeleiden en zorgen voor een sterke klantenervaring
  • Problemen snel inschatten en zelfstandig naar oplossingen zoeken
  • Op termijn de volledige verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de werking en resultaten van het filiaal

Wij zoeken vooral een sterke people manager met commerciële en ondernemende ingesteldheid.

  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt in resultaten
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in cijfers, verkoop en rendabiliteit
  • Je kunt KPI's begrijpen en opvolgen
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je blijft rustig en houdt het overzicht in een drukke en soms chaotische omgeving
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Je weet medewerkers te motiveren en bij te sturen
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Affiniteit met de automotive sector is belangrijk
  • Technische kennis van auto's is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste
  • Je hebt vooral de ambitie en het potentieel om door te groeien naar een volwaardige managementfunctie
