Locatie Kerkrade Flow Kinderopvang Toe aan Flow? Flow kinderopvang biedt kinderen en medewerkers een warme en plezierige plek. We zijn een ambitieuze kinderopvangorganisatie met peuteropvang, kinderdagverblijven en buitenschoolse opvang. In 37 locaties in Parkstad en omstreken begeleiden ruim 250 enthousiaste pedagogisch professionals zo'n 1.500 kinderen van 0 tot 13 jaar in hun ontwikkeling. Voor onze organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een: Toekomstig Pedagogisch professional Vanaf 20 uur per week + 1 dag naar school In samenwerking met het Vista College in Sittard starten we in februari 2027 met een BBL-traject (Beroeps Begeleidende Leerweg) dat jou op een rustige én stevige manier voorbereidt op een toekomst als pedagogisch professional. Je leert én werkt tegelijk, ontvangt direct salaris en maakt stap voor stap kennis met de wereld van de kinderopvang. Je wordt ingezet op alle groepen: bij de baby's, peuters én op de buitenschoolse opvang (BSO). Dit betekent dat je tijdens je opleiding meerdere keren van stageplek zult wisselen en werkt in verschillende diensten, tussen 07:00 en 18:30 uur. Gedurende je opleiding word je begeleid door een praktijkbegeleider die je ondersteunt in je ontwikkeling. Daarnaast ontvang je direct salaris volgens de CAO Kinderopvang. Goed om te weten: wij betalen jouw opleiding én de benodigde boeken. Na het succesvol afronden van je opleiding heb je een erkend diploma op zak én uitzicht op een baan bij Flow Kinderopvang!
