Voor een groeiende organisatie zoeken wij een ( toekomstig ) Senior Financial Manager met een sterke expertise in finance en people management. In deze sleutelrol combineer je strategisch inzicht met operationele verantwoordelijkheid en werk je nauw samen met het management. Je krijgt de kans om financiële processen te optimaliseren en actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Taken

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het financieel team
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de boekhouding van meerdere entiteiten
  • Coördineren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opstellen en controleren van btw-aangiftes, balansen en jaarrekeningen
  • Uitvoeren van financiële analyses en rapporteringen
  • Optimaliseren van financiële processen en intercompany flows
  • Adviseren van management op basis van financiële inzichten
  • Contact onderhouden met auditors, banken en externe partners
  • Masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting
  • Minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring in finance
  • Sterke kennis van boekhouding, rapportering en fiscaliteit
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team
  • Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht
  • Goede kennis van ERP-systemen en Excel
  • Communicatief vaardig en ondernemend ingesteld
