Als Toetsend Constructeur speel je een belangrijke rol binnen onze kwaliteitsborgingsprojecten. Je beoordeelt constructieve ontwerpen, berekeningen en technische documenten en brengt risico's vroegtijdig in beeld. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan veilige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige bouwprojecten binnen het kader van de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb) . Vanuit ons kantoor in Rijssen werk je samen met kwaliteitsborgers, bouwplancoördinatoren en andere bouwkundige specialisten aan woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten in heel Nederland. Wat ga je doen? Als Toetsend Constructeur beoordeel je de constructieve onderbouwing van bouwprojecten en kijk je kritisch naar de haalbaarheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit van voorgestelde oplossingen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Beoordelen van constructieberekeningen, constructietekeningen en technische rapportages - Signaleren van constructieve risico's en aandachtspunten in de ontwerpfase - Uitvoeren van constructieve risicoanalyses binnen kwaliteitsborgingstrajecten - Toetsen van constructieve oplossingen aan het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl) en andere relevante regelgeving - Adviseren van collega's, aannemers en opdrachtgevers over constructieve vraagstukken - Bijdragen aan risicobeoordelingen en borgingsplannen - Beoordelen van technische bewijslast en kwaliteitsregistraties - Uitvoeren van incidentele project- en...
