Flever - - - Word lid van Flever Wil jij een duurzame bijdrage leveren aan de transformatie van de sector zorg en welzijn voor een vitale samenleving in Flevoland? Flever verbindt organisaties, overheden en inwoners om maatschappelijke vraagstukken in zorg en welzijn aan te pakken. De druk op de arbeidsmarkt neemt toe, maatschappelijke vraagstukken worden complexer en samenwerking tussen inwoners, organisaties en overheden wordt steeds belangrijker. Juist in die beweging wil Flever verschil maken. In onze Raad van Toezicht is ruimte voor twee nieuwe leden . In verband met het aflopen van de zittingstermijn, zoeken we twee mensen die met een frisse, onafhankelijke blik naar Flever kijken, scherpe vragen durven stellen en verschillende perspectieven bij elkaar brengen. En die onze directeur-bestuurder uitdagen én ondersteunen bij de strategische keuzes die voor ons liggen. We zoeken twee verschillende profielen: Herken jij jezelf in één van deze profielen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Over Flever Flever is de, kennispartner, regionale verbinder en uitvoeringsorganisatie voor een vitale samenleving in Flevoland en de arbeidsmarktorganisatie voor Zorg en Welzijn. Vanuit drie programma's dragen we bij aan de transformatie van de sector: Arbeidsmarkt en Onderwijs, Versterken van Inwoners en Bouwen aan de Samenleving. Dit doet Flever door kennis over het domein van zorg en welzijn in Flevoland te verzamelen en te delen. We verbinden organisaties, overheden en inwoners op gezamenlijke vraagstukken. Én we helpen organisaties en overheden deze kennis in de praktijk te brengen en oplossingen te vinden. Onze opgaven voor de komende jaren Flever staat voor een aantal belangrijke keuzes. Over onze positie en rol in het regionale en landelijke netwerk, over de arbeidsmarkt in zorg en welzijn en over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze eigen organisatie. Tegelijkertijd werken we in een omgeving waarin maatschappelijke vraagstukken steed...
