- Nieuw elan in leiderschap. - bel ons: 050 211 57 71 - mail ons: [email protected] Twee nieuwe leden voor de Raad van Toezicht Noorderzorg is een organisatie die dicht bij mensen staat. In de gemeenten Eemsdelta en Het Hogeland bieden ruim 400 zorgverleners dagelijks wonen, zorg en welzijn aan ouderen die dat nodig hebben. Nabijheid en maatwerk zijn zichtbaar en voelbaar in de dagelijkse praktijk; in de aandacht voor de bewoners en in de werkwijze van de zorgverleners. De organisatie staat er goed voor én staat voor grote opgaven. Het vastgoeddossier, de inzet van zorgtechnologie, arbeidsmarktvraagstukken en regionale samenwerking vragen om een Raad van Toezicht die scherp is, betrokken en echt aanwezig. Niet als controleur op afstand, maar als kritische gesprekspartner die naast de bestuurder staat. Wegens het vertrek van twee leden zoekt Klaar voor Morgen voor Noorderzorg twee nieuwe toezichthouders.Toezichthouders die deze rol invullen vanuit vakmanschap, ervaring en verantwoordelijkheid, met ruimte voor nieuwsgierigheid en een goed gesprek. De Raad van Toezicht bestaat uit vijf leden. Met het vertrek van de huidige voorzitter en een lid ontstaan twee vacatures. Eén van de zittende leden wordt de nieuwe voorzitter. - Zorg, kwaliteit & veiligheid De twee nieuwe leden vullen de Raad aan op de thema's die cruciaal zijn voor de komende periode: ICT, informatiebeveiliging, zorginnovatie, financieel en juridisch. De Raad van Toezicht hecht aan een open en professionele toezichtcultuur, waarin ruimte is voor verschillende opvattingen en een kritische dialoog vanzelfsprekend is. Leden beschikken over de inhoudelijke deskundigheid om bestuurlijke afwegingen zorgvuldig te beoordelen en weten met scherpe, goed onderbouwde vragen de bestuurder én elkaar uit te dagen.
