Introductie Stichting Magnolia heeft een Raad van Toezicht (de "Raad") bestaande uit minimaal 4 toezichthouders. De Medezeggenschapsraad heeft het recht op een bindende voordracht van één van hen. De overige leden worden benoemd door de Raad zelf. De toezichthouders kiezen één van de leden als voorzitter. Iedere toezichthouder treedt af na een maximale periode van vier jaar en kan éénmaal herbenoemd worden. De toezichthouders proberen ervoor te zorgen dat er niet meer dan 1 toezichthouder tegelijk aftreedt. Leden van de Raad hebben recht opeen vergoeding van €400; de voorzitter van de Raad heeft recht op een vergoeding van €600. Daarnaast hebben leden en voorzitter recht op een vergoeding voor reiskosten ten belope van de maximale fiscaal vrijgestelde vergoeding per km. 2 II.
