Dan is deze functie als toezichthouder bouw bij de Penitentiaire Inrichting PI Sittard iets voor jou. In verband met een geplande verbouwing binnen PI Sittard zoeken wij toezichthouders bouw die een belangrijke rol spelen in het begeleiden en bewaken van werkzaamheden binnen en rondom de inrichting. Jij zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, gecontroleerd en volgens de geldende regels verlopen. Bij de Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen staat veiligheid altijd centraal voor medewerkers, bezoekers én gedetineerden. Jij draagt daar direct aan bij. Als toezichthouder bouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van externe medewerkers die werkzaamheden uitvoeren binnen de PI. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van werkzaamheden en ziet erop toe dat veiligheids- en beveiligingsvoorschriften strikt worden nageleefd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Begeleiden van externe medewerkers binnen en rondom de inrichting. - Fysiek toezicht houden op werkzaamheden op locatie. - Handhaven van veiligheidsregels en beveiligingsmaatregelen. - Signaleren van onveilige situaties en hier adequaat op handelen. - Samenwerken met collega's binnen beveiliging en facilitaire ondersteuning.
