Je bewaakt de veiligheid én zorgt ervoor dat we voldoen aan hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden. Dat doe je door de voortgang bij te houden, problemen vroegtijdig te signaleren en praktische oplossingen te bedenken. Kortom: met jouw scherpe oog en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg jij dat onze projecten een succes worden. Ben je geïnteresseerd in deze functie? Als toezichthouder… - Ben je de ogen en oren van de directievoerder en houd je de voortgang van het project nauwlettend in de gaten - Begeleid je in de dagelijkse gang van zaken en stem je werkzaamheden af met de uitvoerder - Check je de technische kwaliteit van het werk en controleer je termijnstaten en hoeveelheden - Plan je bouwvergaderingen en stel je weekstaten en opleverdossiers op - Zie je toe op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften - Werk je voor verschillende toffe klanten, waaronder gemeenten, waterschappen, provincies, Rijkswaterstaat en energiebeheerders - Zorg je er samen met de directievoerder voor dat we (contract)afspraken altijd nakomen Je werkt nauw samen met je directe collega's en bent onderdeel van een gezellig en hecht team.
