Je hebt nog 23 dagen om te solliciteren Functieomschrijving Als Toezichthouder Omgevingswet VTH ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op bouwactiviteiten en het naleven van wet- en regelgeving binnen de gemeente. Je voert zelfstandig controles uit op bouwprojecten en beoordeelt of werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens de verleende vergunningen en de geldende regelgeving. Daarnaast behandel je klachten en meldingen van inwoners en ondernemers en onderzoek je mogelijke overtredingen. Je stelt controlerapportages op, deelt jouw bevindingen met handhavingsjuristen en adviseert over eventuele vervolgstappen. Ook houd je toezicht op het gebruik van gebouwen en terreinen en signaleer je situaties waarbij sprake is van illegale bouw of strijdig gebruik. Vanuit jouw toezichthoudende rol draag je tevens bij aan controles op ondermijning en de huisvesting van arbeidsmigranten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH), handhavingsjuristen en externe partners. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, communicatieve vaardigheden en daadkracht draag je bij aan een veilige, leefbare en toekomstbestendige leefomgeving. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een zelfstandige en proactieve toezichthouder die zich gemakkelijk beweegt binnen een bestuurlijke omgeving en beschikt over een stevige bouwkundige basis. Wij vragen: - Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding ABW1; - Aantoonbare werkervaring als toezichthouder, handhaver of vergelijkbare functie binnen het fysieke domein; - Kennis van de Omgevingswet, het Omgevingsplan en de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb); - Ervaring met bouwcontroles en vergunninggerelateerd toezicht; - Ervaring met het signaleren en afhandelen van overtredingen; - Goede mondelinge en schr...
