Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten, zowel dagelijks als in projectmatige vorm, en hebt daarbij een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. In deze rol: - Je coördineert en houdt toezicht op werken in de openbare ruimte, zoals het onderhoud aan wegen en graafwerkzaamheden door kabel- en leidingbeheerders. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, bedrijven, bewoners en andere belanghebbenden. Klachten? Die los jij met een glimlach op! - Samen met de directievoerder zorg je bij grotere projecten voor een nauwkeurige administratie, inclusief termijnen, meer- en minderwerk en eindafrekeningen; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van de werkzaamheden van aannemers, beoordeelt bouwmaterialen en -producten en ziet toe op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften (zoals VCA en NEN3140). Kortom, een veelzijdige functie waarin je dagelijks bijdraagt aan een veilige, nette en goed georganiseerde leefomgeving.
