Bij grote binnenstedelijke ontwikkelingen zijn er veel verschillende aspecten van de infrastructuur waarmee je rekening moet houden. Daarom is het managen van een project extra belangrijk. BOOT heeft meerdere toezichthouders die de opdrachtgever hierbij ondersteunen. Deze toezichthouders zorgen dat alle betrokken partijen op één lijn zitten en dat het project volgens de gestelde eisen en planning verloopt. Als ingenieursbureau hebben we de regie bij de realisatie van infrastructurele projecten. Daarnaast zijn we het aanspreekpunt voor de betrokken partijen en begeleiden we het werk in ontwikkeling. 2 Jouw werk Als Toezichthouder ben je veel op pad. De ene dag ben je in het midden van het land voor een voortgangsoverleg in de bouwkeet op locatie, en de andere dag sta je op een werk in het westen van het land waarbij je de voortgang en kwaliteit controleert. Later in de week ben je op kantoor en spit je een bestek van een werk dat binnenkort gaat starten. Ook heb je een overleg met een projectleider bij BOOT en bespreek je samen een nieuw project voor de realisatie van een woonwijk. 3 De ideale match Jij bent het verlengstuk van de opdrachtgever op de werklocatie en tegelijk vertegenwoordiger van BOOT. Met 2 à 3 jaar werkervaring begeleid je het werk en controleer je de uitvoerend aannemer op tijd, kwaliteit en geld. Jij bent daarbij de centrale figuur en houdt contact met collega's, de opdrachtgever, buurtbewoners en aannemers. Jij weet hoe je betrokkenen vriendelijk, maar duidelijk, aanspreekt op hun verantwoordelijkheden. Risico's meld je op tijd en je doet verbetervoorstellen waar nodig.
