Raad van Toezicht | Kwaliteit van Zorg (senior) Wij zoeken een Lid Raad van Toezicht Vanwege het bereiken van de maximale zittingstermijn van twee huidige leden ontstaan binnen de Raad van Toezicht twee vacatures. Wij zoeken een ervaren toezichthouder met brede kennis van kwaliteit van zorg. De Schutse wil zich blijvend ontwikkelen als professionele zorgorganisatie waarin goede, veilige en persoonsgerichte zorg centraal staat. Daarom zoeken wij een kandidaat die vanuit ruime ervaring in de zorgsector kan bijdragen aan het toezicht op kwaliteit, veiligheid, innovatie en de toekomstbestendigheid van de zorgverlening. Kennis van of ervaring met de Jeugdwet en het jeugddomein is een pré. Kwaliteit van Zorg (senior) Kennis en ervaring in de zorgsector • - Diepgaande kennis van de zorgsector en de uitdagingen en kansen binnen deze sector. • - Ruime ervaring binnen de gehandicaptenzorg, ouderenzorg of een vergelijkbare zorgomgeving. • - Ervaring met het bewaken, verbeteren en vernieuwen van de kwaliteit van zorg. • - Kennis van kwaliteitskaders, toezicht en relevante ontwikkelingen binnen de langdurige zorg. Kwaliteit en veiligheid • - Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement, patiënt- of cliëntveiligheid en continue verbetering. • - Inzicht in de rol van inspectie, kwaliteitsindicatoren en lerende organisaties. • - Vermogen om kwaliteit van zorg te beoordelen vanuit zowel cliëntperspectief als organisatieperspectief. Strategisch perspectief • - Is in staat om de Raad van Toezicht te adviseren over kwaliteit, innovatie en toekomstbestendige zorg. • - Beschikt over bestuurlijke of toezichthoudende ervaring op senior niveau. • - Heeft oog voor de verbinding tussen kwaliteit van zorg, identiteit en maatschappelijke opdracht.
