Als bewaker van het zwembad zorg jij ervoor dat alle bezoekers zich houden aan de regels, zodat zij met een gerust hart kunnen genieten van hun dag. Jouw focus op veiligheid draagt bij aan een positieve en onvergetelijke ervaring voor iedereen. Als gastheer/gastvrouw in het zwembad ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze bezoekers. Je informeert hen op vriendelijke wijze over de geldende regels en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich welkom voelen. Met jouw gastvrijheid draag je bij aan een plezierige en schone omgeving voor onze gasten. Naast je toezichthoudende taken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het schoonhouden van het zwembad, kleedruimtes en andere faciliteiten. In geval van onverwachte situaties behoud je de rust en pas je EHBO toe indien nodig. De functie van Toezichthouder opent de deur naar verdere groei binnen Optisport. Met toegang tot de Optisport Academy kun je jezelf ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld door de opleiding tot Zweminstructeur te volgen. Word jij onze nieuwe Toezichthouder?
