Financiële duurzaamheid, risicobeheersing en digitale ontwikkelingen spelen daarin een cruciale rol. Daarom breidt Malkander haar Raad van Toezicht uit met een nieuw lid dat deze thema's vanuit kennis, ervaring en strategisch inzicht kan versterken. Malkander werkt mee aan een positieve samenleving. Onze droom is dat alle inwoners van de gemeente Ede zich thuis voelen en tot hun recht komen in hun eigen buurt. Samen met vrijwilligers, inwoners en netwerkpartners versterken wij gemeenschappen en buurten, zodat iedereen mee kan doen en zich kan ontwikkelen in zijn of haar eigen tempo. Om goed toezicht te houden op deze maatschappelijke opdracht bestaat de Raad van Toezicht momenteel uit drie leden met expertise op het gebied van politiek-bestuurlijke vraagstukken, welzijn en zorg, en HR & organisatieontwikkeling. Financiën en bedrijfsvoering zijn tot nu toe een gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid van de raad. Daarom zoeken wij een nieuw lid voor de portefeuille Financiën & Digitalisering, met de ambitie om de raad verder te versterken en toekomstbestendig te maken. Tijdsbesteding: circa 8 vergaderingen per jaar, aangevuld met voorbereiding en incidentele bijeenkomsten. Wat ga je doen? Als lid van de Raad van Toezicht houd je toezicht op het beleid van de bestuurder en de algemene gang van zaken binnen Malkander. Daarnaast fungeer je als klankbord, adviseur en sparringpartner. Binnen de portefeuille Financiën & Digitalisering ligt jouw specifieke aandacht bij: - Het toezicht houden op de financiële gezondheid en continuïteit van de organisatie. - Het beoordelen van begrotingen, jaarrekeningen, financiële rapportages en risicobeheersing. - Het kritisch volgen van interne controle- en beheersingssystemen...
