En vooral wat beter moet. Als Toezichthouder Bouw bij Provadi houd je toezicht op uiteenlopende bouwprojecten en zie je erop toe dat werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving worden uitgevoerd. Je bent veel op locatie aanwezig, schakelt direct met uitvoerders, aannemers en opdrachtgevers en weet wanneer je moet adviseren, bijsturen of optreden. Je bent zichtbaar op de bouwplaats, maar begrijpt ook wat er juridisch, bestuurlijk en organisatorisch achter een project speelt. Daardoor weet je bouwkundige kwaliteit, regelgeving en praktische uitvoerbaarheid met elkaar te verbinden. Klinkt dit als jouw speelveld? Lees dan verder. Wat ga je doen? Als Toezichthouder Bouw ben jij de ogen en oren op de bouwplaats. Je houdt namens onze opdrachtgevers toezicht op bouwactiviteiten en controleert of werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens vergunningen, voorschriften en geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten in de gebouwde omgeving, van reguliere bouwactiviteiten tot complexere situaties waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit en rechtmatigheid samenkomen. Je beoordeelt wat je op locatie aantreft, signaleert afwijkingen en weet deze zorgvuldig én duidelijk bespreekbaar te maken met de betrokken partijen. Naast toezicht op bouwwerkzaamheden kun je worden ingezet op vraagstukken rondom illegale bouw en strijdig gebruik. Je legt jouw bevindingen helder vast, voert waar nodig her-controles uit en denkt vanuit jouw expertise mee over passende vervolgstappen. Je houdt je bezig met: - Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van bouwcontroles en toezicht op uiteenlopende bouwprojecten; - Het beoordelen van werkzaamheden op kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van vergunningen en regelgeving; - Het toetsen van de uitv...
