Of het nu gaat om een bouwproject dat anders wordt uitgevoerd dan vergund, of om een pand dat niet wordt gebruikt zoals bedoeld: jij onderzoekt de situatie, legt je bevindingen helder vast en weet wanneer actie nodig is. Voor een gemeente in Noord-Holland zoeken we een ervaren Toezichthouder Bouw & Omgeving. Afhankelijk van jouw expertise ligt het accent op bouwkundig of planologisch toezicht. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je schakelt regelmatig met vergunningverleners, juristen en andere toezichthouders. Over de rol (Jouw werk) Als Toezichthouder Bouw & Omgeving ben je veel buiten te vinden. Je voert controles uit, beoordeelt situaties ter plaatse en zorgt dat duidelijk is wat er aan de hand is en welke vervolgstappen nodig zijn. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - uitvoeren van toezichtcontroles op locatie; -controleren van bouwactiviteiten en verleende vergunningen; -signaleren en vastleggen van afwijkingen en mogelijke overtredingen; -controleren van het feitelijke gebruik van gebouwen, gronden en percelen; -toetsen of het gebruik aansluit bij de geldende planologische regels; -zorgvuldig rapporteren van je bevindingen in de daarvoor bestemde systemen; -afstemmen met vergunningverleners, juristen en collega-toezichthouders; -adviseren over vervolgstappen bij geconstateerde afwijkingen of overtredingen. Waar jouw zwaartepunt ligt, bepalen we mede op basis van jouw ervaring. Ben je sterk in bouwkundig toezicht? Dan kan daar de nadruk liggen. Heb je juist veel kennis van planologisch toezicht, strijdig gebruik en omgevingsplannen? Ook dan sluit deze opdracht goed aan.
