Als toezichthouder bouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van bouwprojecten op naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Je voert inspecties uit op locatie, beoordeelt bouwvergunningen, controleert de veiligheid en de gebruikte materialen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams en onderhoudt contact met interne en externe partijen. Je neemt deel aan overleggen en geeft advies waar nodig. Je bent veel buiten te vinden en draagt bij aan een veilige en kwalitatieve bouwomgeving. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Overtuigingskracht - Bereid om meerdere dagen per week op locatie te werken - Ruime aantoonbare werkervaring als toezichthouder bouw binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie - Woonachtig binnen een redelijke afstand van de werklocatie is een pré - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B - Resultaatgericht en accuraat - In staat om goed samen te werken - Afgeronde opleiding op minimaal mbo 4 niveau Direct reageren Projectoverzicht .
