Toezichthouder Bouw & Civiel The real deal - Je houdt toezicht op bouwkundige en civieltechnische onderhoudswerkzaamheden en blijft ook betrokken bij de voorbereiding - Je beoordeelt op locatie of aannemers werken volgens afspraken over kwaliteit, veiligheid, voortgang en techniek - Interessant als je nu werkvoorbereider, toezichthouder of technisch beheerder bent en dichter op de uitvoering wilt zitten Jij als Toezichthouder Bouw & Civiel We zoeken een Toezichthouder Bouw & Civiel, ook wel genoemd Werkvoorbereider Bouw & Civiel, Technisch Toezichthouder of Werkvoorbereider Civiele Techniek. In deze functie ligt de nadruk op toezicht houden op bouwkundige en civieltechnische werkzaamheden. Tegelijkertijd ben je ook betrokken bij de werkvoorbereiding. Juist die combinatie maakt de functie interessant voor iemand die niet alleen wil bepalen wat er moet gebeuren, maar ook wil zien en beoordelen hoe het buiten wordt uitgevoerd. Je werkt vanuit Amsterdam en bezoekt verschillende locaties. Daar controleer je werkzaamheden van aannemers en contractpartners. Je kijkt onder andere naar kwaliteit, veiligheid, voortgang, planning en de hoeveelheid uitgevoerd werk. Je begeleidt daarnaast bouwkundige en civieltechnische inspecties. Komt daar een gebrek of technisch aandachtspunt uit, dan zorg je dat het vervolg wordt geregeld. Dat kan aanvullend onderzoek zijn, een herstelmaatregel of verdere technische beoordeling. Aan de voorkant van het werk help je onderhouds en herstelwerkzaamheden voorbereiden. Je beoordeelt technische informatie, stemt af met uitvoerende partijen en zorgt dat duidelijk is wat er moet gebeuren. Daardoor weet je tijdens het toezicht ook precies waarop je moet letten. Deze rol kan logisch zijn als je nu werkt als werkvoorbereider bouwkunde, werkvoorbereider civiele techniek, bouwkundig toezichthouder of technisch beheerder.
