Heb je de vaardigheden om bouwprojecten te controleren op naleving van vergunningen en om handhavingsverzoeken te behandelen? Dan heeft InterWork dé vacature voor jou! Voor een gemeente in Noord-Holland, zoeken wij een gedreven toezichthouder bouw. Jouw nieuwe rol: • Behandelen en afhandelen van handhavingsverzoeken. • Verwerken van klachten en zorgen voor een correcte afhandeling. • Regelmatig bouwlocaties inspecteren om naleving van regelgeving te waarborgen. • Signaleren wanneer er afgeweken wordt van de vergunningsvoorwaarden. Wij zoeken: • Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol. • Een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde of Bouw- en Woningtoezicht. • Kennis van de Omgevingswet en de Wet Kwaliteitsborging voor het Bouwen. • Een geldig rijbewijs. Dit ben jij: • Je bent assertief en hebt ervaring met het bemiddelen bij conflicten. • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en geeft graag advies. Ons aanbod: • Een bruto maandsalaris tot €6500,- op basis van 36 uur per week, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en opleiding. • Een contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. • Flexibiliteit in werktijden: fulltime of parttime, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur. • Een goede balans tussen werk en privé, met prettige collega's.
