In deze rol sta je midden in de samenleving en draag je actief bij aan een veilige en leefbare omgeving voor inwoners en ondernemers. Je gaat in gesprek waar het kan en treedt daadkrachtig op waar nodig. Wil jij bijdragen aan een gemeenschap waarin iedereen zich gehoord en veilig voelt? Dan zoeken wij jou. Wat ga je doen? Als toezichthouder met BOA-bevoegdheden ben je zichtbaar en benaderbaar in de dorpen. Je zoekt actief contact met inwoners, signaleert wat er speelt en handelt daarnaar. Je kent de dorpse dynamiek en speelt hier effectief op in. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Surveillance in de dorpen, zowel te voet als met de auto. - Het behandelen van klachten en meldingen van inwoners. - Deelname aan integrale aanpakken, zoals jeugd en ondermijning. - Toezicht houden op naleving van wet- en regelgeving (o.a. parkeren, horeca en APV). - Toezicht tijdens evenementen. - Bijdragen aan preventie door voorlichting en campagnes. Het draaien van avond- en weekenddiensten binnen het gemeentelijk dagvenster. Wie ben jij? Je begrijpt dat je werk impact heeft en werkt graag samen om resultaten te behalen. - Aantoonbare ervaring als BOA en een sterk omgevingsbewustzijn. - Affiniteit met maatschappelijke vraagstukken en openbare orde. - Teamspirit: je deelt kennis en werkt vanuit "één team, één taak". - Bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en het vermogen om snel sterke werkrelaties op te bouwen. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding. Wij vragen - Je beschikt over een BOA-diploma, bij voorkeur aangevuld met geldige PHB-certificaten. - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B. - Je hebt een geldig EHBO-diploma. - Je hebt affiniteit met digitale systemen en werkt hier gemakkelijk mee. - Je beheerst de Nederlan...
