Je onderzoekt signalen van handel met voorwetenschap en marktmanipulatie, analyseert data en vertaalt je bevindingen naar effectieve interventies. Tegelijkertijd neem je initiatief om processen, werkwijzen en analysemethoden binnen het team verder te ontwikkelen. Je bent iemand die niet alleen inhoudelijk sterk is, maar ook energie krijgt van verandering en vernieuwing. Je ziet kansen om nieuwe technologieën, data-analyse en AI-toepassingen in te zetten om het toezicht slimmer, efficiënter en effectiever te maken. Daarbij weet je ideeën om te zetten in concrete projecten en resultaten. Je werkt nauw samen met toezichthouders, data-analisten, juristen en specialisten binnen de AFM. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met internationale toezichthouders, marktpartijen en opsporingsinstanties. Zo draag je bij aan integere en eerlijke financiële markten waar beleggers op kunnen vertrouwen. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: - Je onderzoekt signalen van marktmisbruik, zoals marktmanipulatie en handel met voorwetenschap; - Je analyseert order-, transactie- en andere relevante datasets en vertaalt inzichten naar onderzoeksbevindingen en interventies, variërend van gesprekken en normoverdracht tot formele handhavingsmaatregelen; - Je leidt of ondersteunt projecten binnen de afdeling; - Je identificeert kansen om nieuwe technologieën, data-analyse en AI-toepassingen in het toezicht te benutten; - Je brengt verschillende disciplines samen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten daadwerkelijk tot implementatie komen.
