Vanwege het aflopen van een zittingstermijn zijn wij op zoek naar een: Lid Raad van Toezicht (aandachtsgebied: Organisatie van de Zorg) Over Talma Borgh Talma Borgh is een veelzijdig thuis voor welzijn met zorg. We bieden wonen, zorg en welzijn voor ouderen, zowel binnen onze locatie als in de wijk. Als ontmoetingsplek voor bewoners, wijkbewoners en samenwerkingspartners werken we iedere dag aan wat voor ons het belangrijkste is: een leuke dag voor iedereen . Talma Borgh staat midden in de samenleving. Met korte lijnen, een sterke verbinding met de wijk en in nauwe samenwerking met bewoners, medewerkers, vrijwilligers en samenwerkingspartners leveren we welzijn met zorg. Wij beschikken over: - 64 appartementen voor mensen met een WLZ-indicatie; - 4 appartementen voor logeerzorg; - zorg- en welzijnsdiensten vanuit de Wmo, Zorgverzekeringswet, MPT en VPT; - diverse activiteiten en ontmoetingsmogelijkheden voor bewoners en wijkbewoners. Onze organisatie wordt bestuurd door een directeur-bestuurder. De Raad van Toezicht bestaat uit vijf leden die gezamenlijk toezicht houden op het beleid, als sparringpartner fungeren voor de bestuurder en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Talma Borgh. De Raad van Toezicht De Raad van Toezicht werkt vanuit een collegiaal model. Openheid, respect voor verschillende perspectieven en ruimte voor kritische reflectie vormen de basis van de samenwerking.
