Wat breng je mee? - Opleiding: Minimaal MBO 4 diploma in de richting Weg- en Waterbouw. - Kennis van het aanleggen van constructies in beton, constructies, grondverzet, etc. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met nieuwbouwprojecten in landelijk en/of stedelijk gebied. - Kennis en ervaring met de RAW-systematiek en de UAV is een eis. - Uitmuntende administratieve vaardigheden. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. - In het bezit van rijbewijs B. - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, voelt je situaties goed aan en kunt je wensen en beslissingen duidelijk overbrengen naar anderen. - Je stelt prioriteiten, hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en neemt in goed overleg met de directievoerder beslissingen en draagt hiervoor verantwoordelijkheid. - Je bent communicatief sterk, zet de tevredenheid van de klant op de eerste plaats en bent in staat vakinhoudelijke kennis over te dragen.
