Kom werken bij Megaborn Toezichthouder Civiele Techniek - Projectlocaties in Brabant - 32 - 40 uur - Junior - Medior - Senior Dit doe je als toezichthouder Civiele Techniek bij Megaborn Een ontwerp kan op papier nog zo goed zijn, uiteindelijk moet het buiten worden gemaakt. Als toezichthouder bewaak je namens onze opdrachtgevers de kwaliteit en voortgang van civieltechnische projecten in Ben rondom Brabant. Denk aan rioolvervangingen, bouw- en woonrijp maken en klimaatadaptieve herinrichtingen: projecten waarvan je het resultaat in jouw eigen regio terugziet. Je controleert of de aannemer werkt volgens de tekeningen, het contract en de gemaakte afspraken. Je signaleert afwijkingen, risico's en meer- en minderwerk, legt deze zorgvuldig vast en bespreekt ze met de uitvoerder, directievoerder en opdrachtgever. Ook houd je de toezichtsadministratie bij, sluit je aan bij overleggen en heb je oog voor bereikbaarheid en vragen uit de omgeving. Daarbij ben je duidelijk wanneer dat nodig is en zoek je samen naar praktische oplossingen. Want goed toezicht draait niet alleen om controleren, maar ook om samenwerken, vooruitkijken en problemen voorkomen. Heb je nog weinig ervaring? Dan begeleiden ervaren collega's je stap voor stap. Heb je al ruime ervaring als toezichthouder? Dan krijg je de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid die daarbij passen. Toezicht combineren met een andere functie? Graag zelfs.
