Organisatieomschrijving Gemeente Dongen De gemeente Dongen is een betrokken en wendbare lokale overheid in Midden‑Brabant, met ongeveer 27.000 inwoners en circa 250 collega’s die samen werken aan leefbare, rechtvaardige en toekomstbestendige diensten voor bewoners, ondernemers en partners in de regio. Als organisatie kenmerkt Dongen zich door een informele, resultaatgerichte cultuur met zelforganiserende teams, korte communicatielijnen en een sterke focus op samenwerking. Functiebeschrijving Inhuurvoorstel bouwtoezichthouder Aanleiding Binnen de gemeente Dongen is momenteel sprake van een achterstand binnen het bouwtoezicht en de handhaving. De omvang van de werkvoorraad en de beschikbare capaciteit zorgen ervoor dat niet alle werkzaamheden binnen de gewenste termijn kunnen worden opgepakt. Extra inzet is daarom noodzakelijk om de openstaande zaken zo spoedig mogelijk te behandelen en verdere vertraging te voorkomen. Naast het wegwerken van de bestaande achterstand blijft capaciteit nodig voor de reguliere bouwtoezicht- en handhavingszaken.
