De stichting bestaat uit openbare, christelijke en samenwerkingsscholen. Onze educatieve centra werken actief samen met andere organisaties in Zeeland om een optimale leeromgeving te creëren waarin onderwijs en maatschappij met elkaar verbonden zijn. Albero speelt daarmee een belangrijke rol in en voor de regio. De educatieve centra van Albero bieden duurzame educatie: onderwijs, vorming en opvoeding die uitdagend, motiverend en betekenisvol zijn, gelijke kansen bieden aan alle kinderen en hen voorbereiden op de toekomst. Dit gebeurt in een gezonde, veilige en passende speel-, werk- en leeromgeving. De medewerkers van Albero werken aan de realisatie van deze missie en visie vanuit vijf kernwaarden: duurzaamheid, verbinding, diversiteit, lef en sprankeling . De missie en visie zijn uitgewerkt in het beleidsdocument: Om onze Raad van Toezicht compleet te maken, zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuw lid. College van Bestuur en Raad van Toezicht Het College van Bestuur (CvB) bestaat uit een voorzitter en een lid. Zij zijn als collegiaal bestuur verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het onderwijs, de continuïteit en de bedrijfsvoering van Albero. De Raad van Toezicht (RvT) ziet toe op het functioneren van het CvB en houdt toezicht op de stichting op basis van de Toezichtsvisie en het Toezichtskader (vastgesteld in 2021).
