We maken beleid en plannen op het gebied van ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. Denk aan thema's zoals woningbouw, de energietransitie en de toekomst van de Biesbosch. Ook vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving zijn onderdeel van onze afdeling. In ons team hebben collega's aandacht voor elkaar, we helpen elkaar graag en staan open om van elkaar te leren. Dat maakt dat we een enthousiast én deskundig team zijn. Het cluster Vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving (VTH) & Vastgoedbeheer hoort bij de afdeling Grondgebied en bestaat uit zo'n 20 collega's. Samen zorgen we voor onder meer vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving m.b.t. het omgevingsrecht (Omgevingswet maar ook nog Wabo) en beheer van gemeentelijke gebouwen. We hebben een sociale en samenwerkende sfeer; collega's hebben veel voor elkaar over en helpen elkaar graag bij de taken die ze hebben. Met de schaalgrootte van de gemeente Drimmelen is het fijn werken met collega's die je ook echt kent. Wat ga je doen Samen met je collega's (vergunningverleners, toezichthouders en juristen) ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht en de bouwveiligheid in onze gemeente. Je gaat graag om met mensen, denkt in oplossingen en samenwerking en kan een goed gesprek voeren. • Natuurlijk heb jij als junior toezichthouder verstand van bouwen en (liefst ook wat van) vergunningen.
