Opdracht Als toezichthouder/handhaver ben je veel buiten te vinden. Je houdt toezicht op bouwprojecten, ruimtelijke ordening, groene gebieden en de naleving van de Algemene Plaatselijke Verordening (APV). Je signaleert afwijkingen, gaat in gesprek met inwoners en bedrijven en treedt handhavend op wanneer dat nodig is. Je adviseert over handhavingszaken, bestuursdwang en technische vraagstukken. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldige rapportage en administratieve afhandeling van jouw werkzaamheden. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's, inwoners, bedrijven en de Omgevingsdienst IJsselland. Het betreft een tijdelijke invulling voor een vaste vacature met zij aan zij werkzaamheden onder leiding en toezicht. Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - Maximaal 5 pagina’s cv, exclusief motivatiebrief én voorblad, opgesteld in het Nederlands (minimaal 2 referenties) in pdf. - Bring your own device’ is van toepassing. Bij de uitvoering van de opdracht worden geen IT-middelen ter beschikking gesteld. Onder IT-middelen wordt verstaan: laptop, telefoon en toebehoren; - Aantoonbar.
