Zo vervullen wij functies binnen het bouw- en woningtoezicht, de vergunningverlening, bouw en kwaliteitsborging. De nieuwe omgevingswet heeft grote gevolgen voor onze klanten en dus ook voor ons. Wij zien dit als een uitgelezen kans om opnieuw te bekijken welke richting wij op willen en waar de kansen liggen. Hierbij zoeken wij professionals met de juiste mentaliteit als versterking voor onze organisatie. Wat je gaat doen Als Toezichthouder bouw word je gedetacheerd bij een gemeente. Je zult je bezighouden met toezicht op- en handhaving van wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot bouwen, sloop en planologisch strijdig gebruik. Jouw rol omvat het inventariseren van risico's, rapporteren over oplossingen en het signaleren van overtredingen in procedures of uitvoering. Bij het constateren van overtredingen ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor een passende oplossing, variërend van een constructief gesprek tot het opleggen van een bouwstop of het toepassen van bestuursdwang. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Bouwplaats inspecties; - Schrijven van rapportages; - Voeren van gesprekken met projectleiders; - Inwinnen van advies bij de juristen. Wat wij bieden - Salaris op basis van CAO gemeenten met een maximum van € 6.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Een jaarcontract met intentie op een vaste aanstelling; - Een leaseauto met tankpas; - 8% vakantietoeslag, 25 vakantiedagen en een pensioenvoorziening; - Uiteraard een telefoon en laptop; - De vrijheid om je eigen agenda in te delen en hybride te werken; - Een informele cultuur met ruimte voor hum...
