Als Toezichthouder Kabels en Leidingen ben je dagelijks buiten te vinden: helder in je aanwijzingen, scherp in je observaties en menselijk in je contact. Dankzij onze persoonlijke begeleiding en ons warme netwerk binnen gemeenten krijg jij opdrachten waar je écht het verschil maakt voor de wijk én voor de mensen die er wonen. Over de rol (Jouw werk) - Houdt toezicht op graafwerkzaamheden en bewaakt kwaliteit, voortgang en naleving van vergunningen. - Verwerkt toezicht- en afwijkingsregistraties in MOOR en houdt een volledig dagboek bij (UAV/RAW/UAV-GC). - Controleert de openbare ruimte op (verkeers)veiligheid, schade en gebruik; neemt waar nodig maatregelen. - Voert overleg met aannemers, nutsbedrijven en derden; geeft aanwijzingen bij wegafzettingen, omleidingen en incidenten. - Voert inspecties en inventarisaties uit ter ondersteuning van beheerder/directievoerder bij projecten en onderhoud. Wat jij meebrengt - MBO 4 Civiele Techniek, Weg & Waterbouw of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met toezicht/directievoering UAV(-GC) en RAW-systematiek. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring bij of in opdracht van een gemeente of waterschap. - Bekend met onderhoud in de openbare ruimte en ondergrondse infra. - Rijbewijs B. - Overtuigende communicatie: duidelijk, menselijk en oplossingsgericht samenwerken. Nice-to-haves - Ervaring met MOOR of vergelijkbare beheersystemen. - Aantoonbare kennis van CROW-richtlijnen en (verkeers)veiligheidsafzettingen.
