In het kort: Je gaat buiten toezicht houden op kabel- en leidingwerk in de openbare ruimte, kwaliteit, veiligheid en herstel bewaken, afwijkingen registreren, afstemmen met nutsbedrijven en aannemers en vragen van bewoners en ondernemers behandelen. Ben jij zo’n ervaren toezichthouder die buiten direct ziet of kabel- en leidingwerk veilig, zorgvuldig en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd, en die doortastend optreedt als dat niet zo is? Dan zoeken wij jou! Met jouw technische inzicht, scherpe blik en duidelijke communicatie houd je grip op de werkzaamheden van nutsbedrijven en aannemers in de openbare ruimte van Capelle aan den IJssel. Je bent ongeveer 80 tot 90% van je tijd buiten, ziet wat er gebeurt en treedt op wanneer kwaliteit, veiligheid of afspraken onder druk staan. Zo draag je direct bij aan een veilige, leefbare en mooie stad. Jouw functie als toezichthouder Kabels en Leidingen heeft effect omdat… … jij namens de gemeente zichtbaar aanwezig bent op locatie. Het werkveld van kabels en leidingen wordt steeds complexer door omvangrijke vervangingsprogramma’s en de uitbreiding van netwerken. Dat vraagt om professioneel toezicht, goede afstemming en duidelijke afspraken. Jij houdt overzicht, signaleert risico’s en zorgt voor een constructieve samenwerking tussen gemeente, nutsbedrijven en aannemers. Je gaat je onder andere bezighouden met: - Toezicht houden op de uitvoering. Je controleert op locatie of kabel- en leidingwerkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens vergunningen, nadere regels, tekeningen en gemaakte afspraken. Daarbij let je onder meer op graafwerkzaamheden, sleuven, bereikbaarheid en tijdelijke verkeersmaatregelen. - Kwaliteit, overlast en herstel bewaken. Je controleert de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk, beperkt onnodige overlast en ziet erop toe dat de werklocatie en de openbare ruimte na afloop netjes worden hersteld en achtergelaten. Ook leg je schades vast en breng je locaties in beeld waar degeneratiekosten van toepassing zijn. - Optrede.
