Jij houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van Wmo-voorzieningen en onderzoekt of zorgaanbieders leveren wat is afgesproken. Niet alleen op papier, maar juist ook in de praktijk. Je onderzoekt signalen, meldingen, incidenten en calamiteiten. Daarbij voer je aangekondigde en onaangekondigde toezichtsbezoeken uit, spreek je met cliënten, medewerkers, management en bestuurders en analyseer je documenten, protocollen en rapportages. Je beoordeelt of aanbieders voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en aan het Drents Kwaliteitskader. Wanneer zaken niet op orde zijn, formuleer je duidelijke verbetermaatregelen en monitor je of deze ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Je schrijft objectieve rapportages met conclusies die ertoe doen en stemt waar nodig af met externe partners zoals IGJ, IKZ en regionale samenwerkingen. Gedurende de opdracht werk je nauw samen met de toezichthouder kwaliteit en rapporteer je aan de interimmanager NMD-samenwerking. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Toezicht houden op Wmo-aanbieders binnen Noord- en Midden-Drenthe; - Onderzoeken van signalen, meldingen, incidenten en calamiteiten; - Uitvoeren van aangekondigde en onaangekondigde toezichtsbezoeken; - Voeren van gesprekken met cliënten, medewerkers, management en bestuurders; - Analyseren van documenten, protocollen en rapportages; - Beoordelen of aanbieders voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en het Drents Kwaliteitskader; - Opstellen van objectieve rapportages met bevindingen en verbetervoorstellen; - Monitoren of aanbieders afspraken en verbetermaatregelen nakomen; - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van kwaliteitskaders en instrum...
