In het kort: Je gaat toezicht houden op bouw- en sloopprojecten, technische controles uitvoeren, overtredingen signaleren en rapporteren, adviseren over vergunningen en inrichten van bouwplaatsen en contact onderhouden met uitvoerenden, opdrachtgevers en collega’s. Gemeente Brummen De gemeente Brummen ligt in het hart van Gelderland, tussen de Veluwe en de rivier de IJssel. De ruim 20.000 inwoners wonen in diverse dorpen en buurtschappen. Eerbeek en Brummen zijn de grootste. Het is in vele opzichten een gevarieerde gemeente - met uiteenlopende landschappen, bedrijvigheid, (papier)industrie en veel ruimte voor recreatie. De gemeente Brummen is een kleine organisatie met korte lijnen. Ongeveer 200 mensen werken hier samen aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie. We doen dit onder het motto ‘Wij werken voor Brummen’. Dit betekent dat we de vraag van de inwoners en ondernemers centraal stellen. Dat vraagt om enthousiaste professionals, die anders durven denken. Opdracht Als Toezichthouder Omgevingsrecht bezoek je regelmatig de diverse bouw- en sloopprojecten. Dit maakt jouw werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden heel afwisselend. Het uitvoeren van technische controles bij bouw- en sloopprojecten hoort bij jouw takenpakket, maar ook het opsporen en rapporteren van overtredingen binnen bouw- en bestemmingsplanregelgeving. Als adviseur geef je advies over bouw- en sloopvergunningen en bouwplaats inrichtingen. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden houdt je contact met uitvoerende partijen, opdrachtgevers en jouw directe collega’s. Verantwoordelijkheden - Je voert toezicht uit aan de hand van vergunningstekeningen, voorwaarden en geldende planologische regels; - Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van de bouw en sloopwerkzaamheden (exclusief asbest) met inachtneming van de geldende veiligheids- en brandvoorschriften; - Je houdt toezicht op andere Wabo-gerelateerde vergunningen en meldingen; - Je houdt toezicht op het gebruik van gronden en gebouwen; - Je handhaaft bij overtr.
