HR - Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) Adviseur Omgevingsmanagement -BBV Maas (MB2.0) Adviseur Omgevingsmanagement (generalistische rol, geen vakspecialistische technische rol). Je bent de schakel tussen het projectteam en de externe omgeving en zorgt voor afstemming, draagvlak en vertaling van technische zaken naar begrijpelijke communicatie voor omwonenden en andere stakeholders. Project en inhoud Je werkt binnen het MB2.0-project: vernieuwing en meerjarig onderhoud van elektrotechnische, industriële automatiserings- en werktuigbouwkundige (E/IA&W) installaties van beweegbare en vaste objecten (bruggen, sluizen, stuwen, gemalen) in de Maas en aftakkingen. Het project omvat ook aspecten van civiele techniek en bouwkunde; specialistische kennis is niet vereist maar affiniteit met techniek is noodzakelijk. Werklocatie en werkwijze - Werken: hybride; gemiddeld 2 dagen per week aanwezigheid op locatie (Roermond en/of Den Bosch). - Uitvoering: zodra het project in uitvoering gaat kan een samenwerklocatie worden toegevoegd om samen met de opdrachtnemer te werken. Hoofdtaken en verantwoordelijkheden - Begeleiden van regulier en variabel onderhoud en de vernieuwingsopgave, zodanig dat alle omgevingsrelevante procedures tijdig worden afgestemd en goedgekeurd. - Stakeholdermanagement en onderhouden van relaties met interne en externe partijen (onder andere lokale overheden, waterschappen, maatschappelijke organisaties en bedrijven). - Ondersteunen van contractteam en bijdragen aan contractvorming en contractuele werkzaamheden. - Begeleiden van onderzoeken en voorbereiden van vergunningstrajecten. - Opstellen van plannen en procedures (bijv. minderhinder-, communicatie- en verkeers-/hindermanagementplannen) en leveren van input voor contracten. - Beantwoorden van publieksvragen en opstellen/afstemmen van communicatieboodschappen intern en extern. - Afstemming met andere projecten en lokale overheden; verwerken van gegevens in ICT-systemen. - Ondersteuni...
