Aanvraag-details Toezichthouder Omgevingswet - Gemeente Hilvarenbeek - Aanvraagnummer: SRQ170855 Aantal uren per week 36 Toezichthouder Omgevingswet We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren toezichthouder Omgevingswet om ons team te versterken. In deze rol werk je samen met collega's aan het controleren van diverse bouwprojecten en vergunningen. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je echt iets kunt betekenen voor de Hilvarenbeekse gemeenschap! Dit is het team Je maakt deel uit van het team Veiligheid, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH) dat bestaat uit 12 enthousiaste collega's. Het team is verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid, het toezicht en de handhaving in de gemeente Hilvarenbeek. Denk hierbij aan uiteenlopende onderwerpen zoals het toezicht en de handhaving recreatieparken en arbeidsmigranten en grote evenementen als Best Kept Secret en kleine activiteiten in het centrum van het dorp. Binnen dit team werk jij samen met een collega toezichthouder Omgevingswet op de uitvoering van de bouw- en omgevingsvergunningen. Jij gaat er zelfstandig op uit om verschillende zaken te controleren. Hierbij kun je denken aan omgevingsvergunningen en de handhaving van de afgegeven vergunningen. Daarnaast sta je goed in verbinding met de handhavingsjurist binnen het team. Het team houdt van uitdagingen, maar ook van gezelligheid en samenwerking. De sfeer is informeel en we hebben passie voor ons werk. De andere drie teams binnen de afdeling Ruimte zijn Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling en Vergunningen, Openbare Werken en de Buitendienst. Wat ga je doen? In de functie van Toezichthouder Omgevingswet ben je veel in de gemeente te vinden en houd je actief toezicht op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen jouw vakgebied. Je voert inspecties uit, grijpt in wanneer je overtredingen constateert en adviseert per dossier wat de juiste aanpak is. Daarbij werk je afwisselend zelfstandig en samen met een collega-toezichthouder, juridisch handhavers en overige collega's ...
