Als toezichthouder ben jij de ogen en oren van de gemeente tijdens de uitvoering van civieltechnische projecten. Je combineert toezicht met directievoering en vertegenwoordigt de gemeente als opdrachtgever op de bouwplaats. Dankzij jouw vakkennis en scherpe blik worden projecten veilig, volgens afspraak en met de gewenste kwaliteit uitgevoerd. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt waar nodig bij en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen goed samenwerken. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Je houdt dagelijks toezicht op de uitvoering van projecten in de openbare ruimte, zoals herinrichtingen, reconstructies en nieuwbouwprojecten. - Je vertegenwoordigt de gemeente als opdrachtgever en stuurt de uitvoering namens de gemeente aan (directievoering). - Je controleert of werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens het bestek, contractafspraken, tekeningen, de RAW-systematiek (CROW), technische omschrijvingen en geldende wet- en regelgeving. - Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid, budgetten en contractafspraken en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen. - Je beoordeelt meer- en minderwerk, wijzigingen en hoeveelheden en adviseert hierover aan de projectleider of contractmanager. - Je ziet toe op de kwaliteit van materialen en de uitvoering en spreekt aannemers aan wanneer bijsturing nodig is. - Je ziet toe op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van veiligheid, Arbo, milieu en omgevingsmaatregelen. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats voor aannemers, projectleiders, collega's, nutsbedrijven en omwonenden en stemt af met de omgevingsmanager waar nodig. - Je zit bouwvergaderingen voor, bewaakt de voortgang van de uitvoering en zorgt voor goede afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen. - J...
