Ben jij klantgericht, doortastend en woonachtig in de omgeving van Amsterdam? Workrate is op zoek naar toezichthouders/ servicemedewerkers voor het openbaar vervoer! In deze functie draag jij bij aan een veilige en prettige reiservaring voor alle reizigers in onze mooie stad. Voornamelijk vinden de werkzaamheden op de metro- en metrolijnen plaats.

Wat bieden wij? · Een uitdagende en afwisselende functie waarin jij het verschil maakt; · Toeslagen voor avond-, nacht-, weekend- en feestdagendiensten; · Het salaris van €15,96 – €17,54 exl. Toeslagen op grond van ervaring en opleiding; · Vakantiegeld van 8%; · Vakantiedagentoeslag van 9,231% · Reiskostenvergoeding; · De kans om waardevolle ervaring op te doen in het openbaar vervoer. · Flexibele rooster waarbij je 100 - 152 uur per 4 weken werkt. Als toezichthouder/ servicemedewerker Openbaar Vervoer ben jij de ogen en oren op de metro- en treinstations van Amsterdam. Je begeleidt en informeert reizigers en treedt op bij onveilige of onwenselijke situaties. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en daadkracht zorg jij ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom en veilig voelt. Jij bent veel actief op de been en je stappen teller zal altijd hard aan het werk zijn. Je maakt deel uit van een groot en dienstverlenend team van toezichthouders/ servicemedewerkers en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor reizigers. Daarnaast werk je in een volcontinu systeem, wat betekent dat je flexibel inzetbaar bent voor dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Uiteraard houden we zo veel mogelijk rekening met jouw persoonlijke wensen en beschikbaarheid. RequirementsOm als Toezichthouder/ Servicemedewerker aan de slag te gaan, is het belangrijk dat je beschikt over een servicegerichte instelling en natuurlijk overwicht. Jij bent het visitekaartje van de opdrachtgever en straalt professionaliteit uit. Daarnaast vragen wij: · Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; · Woonachtig in Amsterdam; omdat iedereen moet kunnen open
