Werken bij de Westerkim Lid Cliëntenraad Wil jij meedenken over wat écht belangrijk is voor bewoners en hun naasten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als nieuw lid voor onze Cliëntenraad. Over de Cliëntenraad De Westerkim is een zorgorganisatie waar bewoners, familieleden, vrijwilligers en medewerkers samen werken aan één gezamenlijke ambitie: mensen zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven laten leven, ook wanneer zij afhankelijk worden van zorg. Dat noemen wij Leefgeluk. Het gaat daarbij niet alleen om goede zorg, maar vooral om aandacht voor wie iemand is, wat iemand belangrijk vindt en wat bijdraagt aan een betekenisvolle dag. Om bewoners en hun naasten hierin een duidelijke stem te geven, heeft de Westerkim een Cliëntenraad. De Cliëntenraad denkt mee, praat mee en adviseert de Raad van Bestuur over onderwerpen die belangrijk zijn voor bewoners. Het uitgangspunt is steeds hetzelfde: bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de zorg en aan het leefgeluk van bewoners. De Cliëntenraad zoekt een nieuw lid dat vanuit betrokkenheid wil meedenken over de zorg en ondersteuning binnen de Westerkim. Als lid van de Cliëntenraad denk je mee over onderwerpen die invloed hebben op het wonen, welzijn en de zorg van onze bewoners. Je vertegenwoordigt de belangen van bewoners en hun naasten en draagt vanuit hun perspectief bij aan ontwikkelingen en verbeteringen binnen De Westerkim. Het kader hiervoor wordt gevormd door de Wet medezeggenschap cliënten zorginstellingen 2018 (Wmcz 2018). Samen met de andere leden van de Cliëntenraad ga je in gesprek met de Raad van Bestuur en andere overlegorganen, zoals de Ondernemingsraad en Raad van Toezicht. Daarnaast kun je deelnemen aan werkgroepen of commissies. Ook vind je het leuk om contact te onderhouden met bewoners en hun contactpersonen. Zo ben je soms aanwezig bij activiteiten, zoals de weekopening, of breng je volgens een rooster een bezoek aan een jarige bewoner. Om je rol goed te kunnen vervullen,...
