Opdracht Als bouwtoezichthouder houd je toezicht en verricht je controles op de naleving van regels op jouw vakgebied. Je controleert bouwvergunningen, veiligheid en materialen. Je bent meestal buiten te vinden, waar je bouwinspecties uitvoert in verschillende fasen van het project. Je neemt deel aan overleggen, adviseert en onderhoudt intern en extern contacten. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Team Vergunningen, maar werkt ook nauw samen met de collega’s van het Team Veiligheid en Handhaving. Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - Maximaal 5 pagina’s cv, excl. motivatiebrief (1 pgn) en excl. voorblad (1 pgn), opgesteld in het Nederlands (minimaal 2 referenties, bestaande uit naam, functie en organisatie) in pdf. - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal mbo 4 niveau; - Minimaal 7 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar in de rol van toezichthouder bouw binnen een gemeente; - Aantoonbaar in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B. Benoem dit duidelijk in het cv. Wensen - Minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de rol van toezichthouder bouw binnen een gemeente (40 punten); - Aantoonbaar bereid om 4 dagen per week op locatie te werken. Benoem dit duidelijk in het cv (30 punten); - Woonachtig binnen een straal van 7.
