The posting

Je gaat aan de slag met verschillende bewerkingstechnieken en werkt nauw samen met de toolshop en productie.

Concreet:

  • Je analyseert opdrachten aan de hand van 2D- en 3D-tekeningen en technische specificaties.
  • Je bereidt materialen, gereedschappen en hulpmiddelen voor.
  • Je stelt CNC-machines en andere verspaningsmachines in, programmeert en bedient ze.
  • Je vervaardigt en herstelt onderdelen met technieken zoals frezen, slijpen, eroderen en andere verspanende bewerkingen.
  • Je kiest de juiste parameters en bewaakt de vereiste maatvoering en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je controleert het productieproces en grijpt in bij storingen of afwijkingen.
  • Je voert tussentijdse en eindmetingen uit met verschillende meetinstrumenten. Je registreert deze metingen, afwijkingen en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in de voorziene software.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en lost eenvoudige mechanische problemen op.
  • Je plant opdrachten volgens prioriteit en zorgt voor een efficiënte machinebezetting.
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en draagt actief bij aan 5S en een ordelijke werkplek.

Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs of bachelor in een technische richting, of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je interesse in CNC-techniek, verspaning en fijnmechanische bewerkingen;
  • kun je technische tekeningen lezen en heb je basiskennis van meettechniek;
  • werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsbewust;
  • heb je een goed technisch en mechanisch inzicht;
  • denk je logisch en analytisch en kunt je zelfstandig beslissingen nemen;
  • werk je graag met machines, gereedschappen en technische onderdelen;
  • werk je vlot samen met collega's en communiceer je goed over verschillende ploegen heen.
  • Ervaring met CNC-frezen, slijpen, vonkerosie, verspaning of programmeersoftware is een pluspunt.

Ook profielen met ervaring als CNC-operator, CNC-verspaner, frezer, slijper, erodeerder, toolmaker, werktuigbouwkundig technieker, machinebouwer of technisch operator zijn welkom.
