The posting

Als toolshoptechnieker speel je een cruciale rol bij het vervaardigen en herstellen van onderdelen in diverse grondmaterialen. Door het gebruik van diverse verspaningstechnieken lever je afgewerkte stukken af voor de productie. Jij zorgt dat productie kan draaien!

  • Je bent een krak in het plannen van jouw werk, waarbij je rekening houdt met prioriteiten, dringende interventies en een efficiënte belading van de machines.
  • Opdrachten analyseren doe je aan de hand van technische 3D-tekeningen in de bestaande CAD pakketten.
  • Je neemt de voorbereiding van opdrachten voor jouw rekening en gaat zorgvuldig na of al het noozakelijke materiaal en hulpmiddelen aanwezig zijn.
  • Het opstellen van de te bewerken stukken in de machine doe je conform de vooropgestelde parameters. De machine zal jij instellen, programmeren en ook bedienen. Zo ben je zeker dat alles correct en nauwkeurig verloopt.
  • Treedt er een afwijking of storing op? Geen enkel probleem, jij analyseert het probleem en stuurt bij waar mogelijk. Eenduidige mechanische storingen los jij vlotjes op!
  • Kwaliteit is essentieel. Jij controleert de geproduceerde delen zodat we onze kwaliteitsgarantie kunnen behouden!
  • Opvolging is heel belangrijk! Jij voert tussentijdse metingen en eindmetingen uit m.b.v. meettoestellen. Merk je afwijkingen op? Dan noteer je die in de voorziene software.
  • Ook zorg je dat de machines correct worden onderhouden conform de voorziene werkinstructies. Preventief werken is de boodschap!
  • Tenslotte dien je ook de werktijden bij te houden (in het hiervoor beschikbare softwareprogramma) gerelateerd aan de uitgevoerde taken.
  • Iemand met GIT (Goesting In Techniek)!
  • Heb je een technisch diploma behaald? Super, dan heb je alvast een goede basis!
  • Heb je niet het diploma, maar wel een uitgebreide ervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige job? Geen probleem, dan kan je ons misschien wel overtuigen van jouw kwaliteiten!
  • Je kan logisch denken en redeneren om problemen op te lossen of bij te sturen waar nodig.
  • Oog voor detail, gestructureerd en nauwgezet werken, zijn maar enkele van jouw sterktes.
  • Fijn werk schrikt jou niet af, het haalt net het beste in jou naar boven.
  • Je bent een plantrekker, zelfstandig werken en beslissingen nemen vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die vlot met verschillende ploegen kan samenwerken.
  • We zoeken iemand die ons team kan versterken met goede kennis van bewerkingstechnologieën voor onderdelen. Verder is ook een basiskennis van tekeninglezen en meettechniek noodzakelijk.
