Ervaring als mekanieker, maar wil je dit niet meer doen? Wil je wel graag jouw kennis hierover blijven benutten? Dan kan jij in deze functie een meerwaarde betekenen voor jouw klanten.

Zij zullen immers bij jou aan de toonbank langs komen wanneer ze specifieke materialen nodig hebben. Je komt terecht in een team van 4 toonbank mekaniekers en jullie vullen elkaar aan waar nodig. Jijzelf werkt in daguren, van 9u tot 17u maar heel regelmatig wissel jij van ploeg om afwezigheden op te vangen. Je neemt dan de ploeg van die collega over bij verlof. Dit kan zijn in een vroege dienst van 6u tot 14u, een late dienst van 13u tot 21u en 1 zaterdag per maand van 6u tot 12u.

Kortom, je vindt het niet erg om flexibel te werken. Uiteraard zullen jouw collega's ook flexibel zijn naar jou toe als jij niet kan komen.
