Het filiaal in Roeselare beschikt over een permanente voorraad van maar liefst 55.000 producten. Klanten kunnen er terecht voor advies rond onder andere verlichting, HVAC, data en energieoplossingen.

Voor de functie van Toonbank Adviseur te Roeselare is jouw werk een mix van technisch advies, verkoop, klantencontact en een stukje logistiek.

Je controleert en beheert de binnenkomende stock en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct en tijdig klaarstaan voor klanten.

Je neemt de goederen in ontvangst, pakt ze uit, controleert de leveringen en zorgt voor een correcte plaatsing in de winkel.

Je volgt eventuele leveringsproblemen of ontbrekende goederen op en zoekt samen met de betrokken partijen naar een oplossing.

Je staat klanten met plezier te woord aan de toonbank, geeft advies en ondersteunt mee in de verkoop.

Je verwerkt offertes en facturatie en springt waar nodig bij aan de kassa.

Je zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte verwerking van webshopbestellingen, van binnenkomst tot het klaarmaken voor de klant.

Je houdt het nacht-SAS netjes en georganiseerd, zodat klanten hun bestellingen ook buiten de openingsuren vlot kunnen ophalen.

Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor een verzorgde winkel, inclusief het openen en afsluiten en de dagelijkse kassatelling.

Je verzorgt de telefonie en het klantencontact en blijft ook rustig en professioneel wanneer klanten met een probleem of klacht komen.

Je combineert administratie, klantencontact, verkoop en praktisch werk, waardoor geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

Je hoeft trouwens niet elke technische vraag al te kennen. Bijleren hoort erbij.
