Voor onze vestiging in Maasmechelen zoeken wij een Toonbankmedewerker Automotive die techniek en klantenservice perfect weet te combineren.

Jouw uitdaging Als toonbankmedewerker ben jij hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten, voornamelijk garagisten en mecaniciens. Zij rekenen op jouw technische expertise om snel de juiste auto-onderdelen, materialen en gereedschappen te vinden.

Jij begrijpt meteen waar een klant het over heeft wanneer hij een onderdeel beschrijft. Dankzij jouw praktijkervaring herken je vrijwel elk onderdeel van een wagen en kan je gericht adviseren.

Je taken:

  • Je helpt klanten aan de toonbank en telefonisch.
  • Je adviseert over auto-onderdelen, accessoires en gereedschappen.
  • Je denkt technisch mee met de klant en zoekt steeds de juiste oplossing.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en volgt deze correct op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om een vlotte service te garanderen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een nette, georganiseerde en klantgerichte vestiging.

Wij zoeken geen klassieke verkoper, maar vooral iemand met een sterke technische achtergrond in de autosector.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt ervaring als mecanicien, autotechnieker of garagemedewerker, of je beschikt over een diploma Autotechnieken.
  • Je kent de verschillende onderdelen van een wagen en begrijpt perfect waar professionele mecaniciens naar op zoek zijn.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, sociaal en communiceert vlot.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en helpt klanten graag verder.
  • Ervaring aan een toonbank of in verkoop is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw technische kennis is voor ons veel belangrijker.
  • Je bent flexibel en bent bereid om af en toe op zaterdag te werken.
