Heb jij een technische achtergrond in elektriciteit en combineer je graag klantencontact met magazijnwerk? Ben je klantvriendelijk, georganiseerd en hou je ervan om mensen technisch te adviseren? Dan is deze vacature als Toonbankmedewerker / Magazijnier iets voor jou!

Voor een familiale en gevestigde onderneming in Oudenaarde zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde medewerker voor hun elektroshop en magazijn.

Je komt terecht in een bedrijf met jarenlange ervaring binnen elektriciteitswerken en een zeer uitgebreid aanbod aan elektrisch materiaal.

Wat ga je doen?

Als toonbankmedewerker/magazijnier combineer je klantencontact, technisch advies en magazijnwerk.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Ontvangen en verder helpen van klanten in de elektroshop
  • Klanten adviseren over elektrische producten en materialen
  • Meedenken met de klant en helpen bij het vinden van het juiste materiaal
  • Ontvangen, controleren en verwerken van leveringen
  • Goederen correct stockeren in het magazijn
  • Materialen verzamelen en klaarzetten voor collega's die op verplaatsing werken
  • Stock en magazijn ordelijk en overzichtelijk houden
  • Administratieve verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen

Je werkt in een grote elektroshop met een zeer uitgebreid assortiment, waardoor je dagelijks met verschillende elektrische producten en materialen in contact komt.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een opleiding of achtergrond in elektriciteit
  • Je hebt een goede technische kennis of sterke interesse in elektrische materialen
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk
  • Je vindt het leuk om klanten technisch advies te geven
  • Je bent administratief vaardig en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je bent georganiseerd en houdt van een ordelijke werkplek
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld wat betreft werkuren
  • Ervaring in een elektroshop, magazijn of technische groothandel is een pluspunt

Werkuren

Je werkt in een 39-urenweek met een wisselend vroeg/laat-systeem.

Vroege ploeg:

🕕 06u00 – 13u30

Late ploeg:

🕚 11u00 – 18u30

Daarnaast werk je 1 zaterdag op 2, telkens van 07u00 tot 12u00.

Flexibiliteit is dus belangrijk binnen deze functie.

  • Achtergrond in elektriciteit (TSO elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig)
  • Klantvriendelijke instelling - een glimlach opent alle deuren
  • Administratieve vaardigheden voor het verwerken van bestellingen en leveringen
  • Flexibiliteit qua werkuren - soms vraagt de job wat extra inzet
  • Interesse in elektrische producten en materialen
  • Nauwkeurigheid bij het beheren van voorraad en bestellingen
