Land- en tuinbouwers, bouwannemers, installateurs en industriële bedrijven vertrouwen op ons voor een breed assortiment aan technische producten. Onze winkel in Roeselare is een plek waar expertise en klantgerichtheid samenkomen.

Ben je op zoek naar een technische uitdaging met een gevarieerd takenpakket? Dema groeit en wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Toonbankverkoper. Als toonbankverkoper ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze professionele klanten die langskomen in de winkel en op zoek gaan naar advies van échte experts.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je denkt mee met onze klanten die langskomen in de winkel en op zoek gaan naar gepast advies over hun technische materialen. Je geeft klanten uitleg over ons gevarieerd productgamma en zoekt mee naar de geschikte oplossing of tool.
  • Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor de structuur, orde en netheid van de winkel. Met andere woorden vul je steeds de winkelrekken aan, stal je de promo's tijdig uit en volg je de retourartikelen op.
  • Je denkt mee na over hoe we de winkel kunnen optimaliseren door input te geven over de catalogus en winkelinrichting.
  • Je verzorgt alle administratie van de klant. Je zal bestellingen en leveringen opvolgen, verkooporders en zendnota’s opmaken, pickbons verwerken en af en toe een offerte opmaken.
  • Last but not least volg je nieuwe trends op met betrekking tot ons productgamma en deel je jouw kennis en ervaring met het team.
  • Magazijn - "vlinderfunctie" Goederen ophalen in het magazijn Controleren van voorraad op zichtafwijkingen winkel Ondersteunen bij stocktellingenSignaleren van fouten of tekorten Ondersteunen bij laden/lossen bij piekmomenten Controleren van pakbonnen bij inkomende leveringen (indien nodig)

Wat zijn jouw talenten?

  • Je hebt sterke affiniteit/kennis van premium gereedschap/worktools zoals Makita, Kränzle, Stanley, Tyrolit, … en/of affiniteit/ervaring met techniek en kennis van industrieel sanitair.
  • Je bent woonachtig in West-Vlaanderen (ons kantoor is gevestigd in Roeselare).
  • Volgende eigenschappen passen bij jou: hands-on, klant- en servicegericht, commercieel ingesteld.
  • Jouw vrienden en familie omschrijven je als een echte trekker, jij gaat ervoor!
  • Je denkt proactief mee en speurt graag naar de beste oplossingen.
  • Affiniteit met landbouw, zwembadbouw, bouw of industrie is een pluspunt, maar die kriebel komt ook vanzelf als je bij Dema aan de slag gaat!
  • Je staat ervoor open om één keer per twee weken op zaterdagvoormiddag te werken. In ruil ben je een vaste dag in de week thuis.
