Passie voor de technische sector en menselijk contact? Als Baliewinkelier verwelkom en adviseer je een cliënteel van professionals en particulieren die op zoek zijn naar elektrisch materiaal. Deze rol als Commercieel medewerker toonneder biedt je een gevarieerde werkdag waarin jouw technische expertise het verschil maakt in het verkooppunt.

Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Onthaal & Advies: Klanten warm verwelkomen aan de balie, hun behoeften identificeren en hen naar de beste technische oplossingen oriënteren.
  • Verkoop & Invoer: Prijsoffertes opstellen, bestellingen in het systeem coderen en kassaverrichtingen uitvoeren.
  • Beheer van het verkooppunt: Producten aantrekkelijk presenteren in de rekken, zorgen voor de heraanvulling van de winkelruimte en de netheid van de balie garanderen.
  • Technische opvolging: Vragen om informatie aan de balie of telefonisch beantwoorden over elektrische uitrustingen en benodigdheden.

Profiel

  • Grondige technische kennis of een opleiding in elektriciteit, elektrotechniek of elektrisch materiaal.
  • Succesvolle eerste ervaring als Baliewinkelier, Technisch verkoper of Toonbankadviseur.
  • Sterk gevoel voor klantenservice, vlotte omgang en goeder mondelinge communicatie.
  • Beheersing van basiscomputertoepassingen voor bestelbeheer en verkoopregistratie.
  • Teamgeest, proactiviteit en nauwkeurigheid in de dagelijkse organisatie.
  • Kennis van het lokale netwerk van professionals in de bouw- en elektriciteitssector.
