Voor een groeiende speler binnen de automotive sector zijn we op zoek naar een Verkoper Auto-onderdelen. In deze functie combineer je je technische interesse met dagelijks klantencontact.

Je helpt garages, professionele klanten en andere automotive contacten bij het vinden van de juiste onderdelen. Daarbij geef je technisch advies, verwerk je bestellingen en zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en correct geholpen worden.

  • Ontvangen en adviseren van klanten aan de balie.
  • Luisteren naar de technische vraag en meedenken over een geschikte oplossing.
  • Opzoeken van de juiste auto-onderdelen via interne systemen.
  • Informeren over beschikbaarheid, alternatieven en technische specificaties.
  • Opstellen en verwerken van offertes en verkooporders.
  • Administratief opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Afstemmen met collega's binnen magazijn, demontage en verkoop.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en vlotte opvolging van klantenvragen.
  • Meedenken wanneer een bepaald onderdeel niet onmiddellijk beschikbaar is.
  • Je hebt een goede technische feeling voor auto's en auto-onderdelen.
  • Ervaring als mecanicien, parts advisor, magazijnier automotive of medewerker in een garage is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert duidelijk en professioneel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ook wanneer er meerdere klanten of aanvragen tegelijk binnenkomen.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met computerprogramma's en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt van een omgeving met de nodige dynamiek.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans; kennis van Engels is eveneens belangrijk.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid zonder je technische aanpak uit het oog te verliezen.
