Wat ga je doen?

Als toonbankverkoper ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en installateurs en zorg je voor deskundig advies en een vlotte service.

Je ontvangt klanten en installateurs, verwerkt bestellingen nauwkeurig en geeft heldere productinformatie. Je werkt nauw samen met het magazijn om een snelle en correcte afhandeling te garanderen. Daarnaast zorg je dat de toonbank netjes en overzichtelijk blijft.

- Klanten en installateurs vriendelijk ontvangen en professioneel adviseren - Bestellingen zorgvuldig verwerken en administratief opvolgen - Productinformatie verstrekken en meedenken over passende oplossingen - Samenwerken met het magazijn voor een efficiënte afhandeling - Orde en netheid aan de toonbank bewaren

Je start met een korte inwerkperiode in het magazijn. Daarna werk je samen met collega’s aan de toonbank en ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klant en magazijn. Zo leer je het bedrijf en de producten goed kennen en kun je klanten optimaal helpen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Technische kennis van sanitair en verwarming, opgedaan door opleiding of ervaring.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief vaardig.
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, zelfs onder druk.
  • Bereid om te werken op zaterdag.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen.
  • Woonachtig in de regio van het verkooppunt(en).

Opleiding: Je hebt technische kennis van sanitair en verwarming, hetzij door je opleiding of door ervaring. Je beschikt over technische kennis van verwarming en/of sanitair, door je opleiding of door ervaring

Vakkennis: Je beschikt over ervaring in technische verkoop of toonbankverkoop Je hebt een basiskennis administratie en voorraadbeheer

Talenkennis: Goede kennis Nederlands
